Apstrakt:
The paper is focused to an idea of technology transfer in border area of European Union. Authors are described of process of building of plateform of technology transfer through activity of an asociation and its projects and networks of cooperation. SWOT analysis and the Key Success Analysis will help us to explain the innovation processes in transborder area. Successes and failures of cooperation and partnership may be an experience for the other regions in Europe.
